Grace at Home No. 412

Welcome, friends!

Oh, how I long to stand at the door to my house and say those words. Won't it be glorious to welcome friends to our homes once again? I learned this week that several of my dearest friends have now had their second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, and my heart thrilled to the news. It'll be so good to get off Zoom and into face-to-face meetings again!

For now, though, I am grateful to welcome you to my little corner of the internet, and I am truly grateful you're here for the Grace at Home party, where we celebrate all the ways we make our homes places of grace and beauty.

Here are some highlights from last week's party I think you'll enjoy.

If you're looking for some inspiration for small home improvement projects, you'll love seeing the way Marty at A Stroll Thru Life updated her powder room on a $50 budget.

If you're longing for spring (I know I am!), you'll be glad that Stacy from Bricks and Blooms explains how to start flowering plants indoors from seed—no greenhouse required.

Valentine's Day is upon us. If you want to be inspired by someone who goes all out decorating for Valentine's Day, then you must visit Debbie from Debbie-Dabble.

Looking for some fun and easy ways to celebrate Valentine's Day? Here you go!

Carol at Comfort Spring Station shares lots of ideas for Valentine's Day.

How about making some pretty swirl cookies? These are from Lois at Walking on Sunshine:

If you have kids or grandchildren, I'll bet they'd love this pink play dough made with simple ingredients you may have in your pantry. Thank you to Crystal from Crystal and Company for these instructions.

Or perhaps a seed heart for your feathered friends? I love this idea from Liz at Howling at the Moon.

And if the winter finds you in a season of constantly grumbling (I'm guilty of this!), you'll benefit from this post from Donna Reidland at Soul Survival.

Thank you to everyone who linked up!

Now for today's party.  Here at the Grace at Home party, you can link up any post you've written that demonstrates how you're filling your own home with truth, goodness, and beauty. I invite you to link posts about
  • DIY projects
  • decorating
  • recipes
  • hospitality
  • homemaking tips
  • parenting
  • marriage
  • faith
  • self-care
  • soul care
Whatever you do to make your home a place of grace, I'd like to hear about it.  Here's what I ask of you.  Please include the permalink to your post, not your blog's home page.  Please let people know that you've linked up.  No more than three posts per person, please.  Note that if you link a post here, you are giving me permission to share your post, including a photo.  And visit at least one of the other party participants--that's what really makes it a party, and during these difficult times, it can really make someone's day!

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!
