Grace at Home No. 380

Hello friends, and welcome to the Grace at Home party, where we celebrate all the ways we make our homes places of grace.

Today in North Carolina our focus is mostly on keeping our homes dry. It's been raining non-stop for several days now. All this rain has made me realize just what a sunny spring we've had up until now, which has been a huge help during this time of lockdown. We've kept our spirits up by taking walks in our neighborhood; this week we've had to stay indoors. How are things in your neck of the woods?

Here are some highlights from last week's link-up.

Want to freshen your home up for Spring? You'll be inspired by this home tour from Kim at Shiplap and Shells .

Looking for a little craft project? You'll like these Rae Dunn-inspired containers from Linda at It All Started with Paint.

Now that so many of us are working from home, it can be a challenge to keep everything organized. So I was delighted to see this "office in a box" from Ann at The Apple Street Cottage—she created it from an old silverware box!

Facing some lean times? You'll be glad to get this list of money-saving tips from Lazy Budget Chef.

While our weather here has been gloomy, we're hoping that there won't be any serious flooding. But anxiously watching the weather made me glad to get these emergency preparedness tips from Carol at Comfort Spring.

Having trouble adjusting to so much time at home? You'll benefit from reading this post from Debbie at The Debbie-Dabble Blog. Based on her advice, I'm going to change the way I talk about things!

One of the best ways I've found of dealing with trials is to try to help others. So I was grateful for this post from Dr. Michelle Bengtson.

Thanks so much to everyone who joined last week's party!

Now for today's party.  Here at the Grace at Home party, I invite you to link posts about
  • DIY projects
  • decorating
  • recipes
  • hospitality
  • homemaking tips
  • parenting
  • marriage
  • faith
  • self-care
  • soul care
Whatever you do to make your home a place of grace, I'd like to hear about it.  Here's what I ask of you.  Please include the permalink to your post, not your blog's home page.  Please let people know that you've linked up.  No more than three posts per person, please.  Note that if you link a post here, you are giving me permission to share your post, including a photo.  And visit at least one of the other party participants--that's what really makes it a party, and during these difficult times, it can really make someone's day!
You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

  4. Hey Richella! I'm so happy to be back partying with my grace at home family. I love so much of what you featured this week. I can't wait to check them out. All is well here as we shelter in place in NY. I hope things dry out where you are soon. The Lord know how much we need to be able to get out of our homes right now. Blessings to you! 😊

  7. Thanks for hosting, Richella. Even though I always work from home and have an office/craft room, I had to pin the office in a box. It's so pretty and practical.
