Grace at Home No. 343

Welcome, welcome, welcome! After a mid-summer hiatus, I'm happy to be back online today to host the Grace at Home party, where we celebrate all the ways we make our homes places of grace.

Want to know where I was last week? I hope to write more about this, but here's a peek:

I was in Corpus Christi, Texas, at the Naval Air Station, where my oldest son was awarded his wings of gold as a naval aviator. We were so proud! Sorry that there's an official photographer in the foreground of this snapshot, but in the background you can see me pinning the wings on my son's uniform while his wife and his father look on.

But I know you've been busy, and I hope you'll share the ways you've been working to make your home a place of grace. Here at the Grace at Home party, I invite you to link posts about
  • DIY projects
  • decorating
  • recipes
  • hospitality
  • homemaking tips
  • parenting
  • marriage
  • faith
  • self-care
  • soul care
Whatever you do to make your home a place of grace, I'd like to hear about it.  Here's what I ask of you.  Please include the permalink to your post, not your blog's home page.  Please let people know that you've linked up.  No more than three posts per person, please.  Note that if you link a post here, you are giving me permission to share your post, including a photo.  And visit at least one of the other party participants--that's what really makes it a party!
You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

  2. Hi Richella, I don't know where you get all your energy! You and your family have had quite the busy summer. I'm pleasantly surprised you still have time to host your beautiful Grace at Home party. Thank you for all your efforts. I'm sharing some memories, by way of an old family recipe. My Canadian Grandma's Butter Tarts. They are simply heavenly. I hope you enjoy them. Blessings for maybe a slower remainder of your summer. haha,
