After a really deep meditation, I am so relaxed that I can feel all the stress gone from my body and need to sort of "wake up" before driving. For me, candlelight is like a "trigger" since I began meditation by lighting a candle; when your body is well-trained, the single action which begins your meditation sessions can set your mind and body on the right path. For me, meditation has always led to clarity of thought; only by clearing my mind of all the daily static and my body of the daily stressors can I think in the most clear manner. I hope meditation is a successful tool for other followers.Erinnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6758915940467026052.post-1340162483333908852011-10-21T16:14:54.234-04:002011-10-21T16:14:54.234-04:00As a collegiate runner, I spent many, many hours m...As a collegiate runner, I spent many, many hours meditating during the quiet of a long run.
