Grace at Home No. 376

Welcome, friends! I pray that you are safe and well.

Here we are in what feels like the 47th week of lockdown. In truth, my husband and I have been at home since March 13. I thank God we can both work at home. How are you doing?

These days more than ever, I want our home to be a place of grace. So I'm really glad to host this weekly Grace at Home party. Here are some highlights from last week's party.

If you are confined to quarters these days, you may be looking for some projects to complete around your house.

Carol at Blue Sky at Home gave her master bedroom a fresh look for spring by shopping her house. This is a great idea!

If you have a wood pallet on hand, why not create a planter like Jayne at Chalking Up Success?

Or for an even more practical project, perhaps you'd like to make raised garden beds like these from Kippi of Kippi at Home.

If you're a history buff like me, you'll love reading all about Victory Gardens in this post from Angie Baer at Planted.

We're all cooking at home these days, aren't we? I have some chicken thighs in the freezer, so I was glad to see this recipe for Curry Maple Dijon Chicken Thighs from Melynda at Scratch Made Foods.

There's no doubt that we're living in anxious times, so I was glad to see that Joy at Artful Homemaking compiled a list of 52 Bible verses to help you combat fear.

Thanks so much to everyone who joined last week's party!

Now for today's party.  Here at the Grace at Home party, I invite you to link posts about
  • DIY projects
  • decorating
  • recipes
  • hospitality
  • homemaking tips
  • parenting
  • marriage
  • faith
  • self-care
  • soul care
Whatever you do to make your home a place of grace, I'd like to hear about it.  Here's what I ask of you.  Please include the permalink to your post, not your blog's home page.  Please let people know that you've linked up.  No more than three posts per person, please.  Note that if you link a post here, you are giving me permission to share your post, including a photo.  And visit at least one of the other party participants--that's what really makes it a party, and during these days of social distancing, it can really make someone's day!

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

  12. I love all this victory garden inspiration, Richella! It's helped so much lately. We've been social distancing since March 9th and oh my word it was such a hard week this week. I know it will get better though. Like you said, having a grace filled home we can work in is such a blessing. Hugs and thanks for hosting, CoCo
