Grace at Home No. 268

Hello, friends, and welcome to the first Grace at Home in the autumn! Here in North Carolina, it's hard to believe that the Autumnal Equinox is past: the weather forecast today is 91 degrees! But we're clinging to hope that the mercury will soon match the calendar.

Here are some links from last week's party that caught my eye.

Blogs abound with fall home tours right now, and I think you'll really like the vintage-inspired fall decor from Paula at Sweet Pea.

If you're like me and you're still working on your fall decor, you'll enjoy seeing these DIY twine-wrapped acorns from Cathy at Vintage, Paint and More.

If you love the fall treats at Starbucks, you might be interested to see this collection of copycat recipes from Joy at Artful Homemaking--including a pumpkin spice latte copycat!

I think we're all hyper-aware that this season often brings with it natural disasters. Even as we think about how we might help our neighbors in Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico, and California, it's wise to prepare for the possibility of facing a natural disaster right at home. Check out these disaster preparedness tips from Kimberly at The Treasured Bookshelf.

Here's a really clever DIY project for you: a sofa table charging station from Tarah at Grandma's House DIY.

You'll find inspiration for dealing with problems--even problems that can't be fixed--from Heather Bixler.

A big thank you to everyone who joined last week's party!  I'm so grateful for each person who links up each week. If you've been featured, feel free to grab the "I was featured" button.  I'd be so proud if you displayed it!

Now for this week's party!  Grace at Home is a place for you to share anything related to making your home a place of grace. I invite you to link posts about
  • DIY projects
  • decorating
  • recipes
  • hospitality
  • homemaking tips
  • parenting
  • marriage
  • faith
  • self-care
  • soul care
Whatever you do to make your home a place of grace, I'd like to hear about it.  Here's what I ask of you.  Please include the permalink to your post, not your blog's home page.  Please let people know that you've linked up.  No more than three posts per person, please.  Note that if you link a post here, you are giving me permission to share your post, including a photo.  And visit at least one of the other party participants--that's what really makes it a party!
