Grace at Home No. 209

Hello, friends, and welcome to this week's Grace at Home party! Here we gather each week to share the ways we make our homes places of grace and beauty.

Here are a few posts that caught my eye:

Kristi at Making It in the Mountains showed us step-by-step how she created a custom closet organizer. This makes me want to tackle the mess that is currently my closet!

Debbie at Simple Joys of Home listed 40 simple pleasures that can be enjoyed any time. I like to think of how I can savor my life--rather than waste time wishing I had someone else's life.

Cathy at My 1929 Charmer shared a recipe for Cilantro Lime Burrito Bowls. Doesn't that sound like it would make a refreshing meal on one of these hot summer days?

Heather from Recollected Design shared some beautiful thoughts on what grace sounds like.
As for me, I've spent a good deal of time lately on a retreat, which was good for my soul. I'd love to know what you think about what I wrote about the spiritual discipline of rest.

A big thank you to everyone who joined last week's party!  I'm so grateful for each person who links up each week. If you've been featured, feel free to grab the "I was featured" button.  I'd be so proud if you displayed it!

Now for this week's party!  Grace at Home is a place for you to share anything related to making your home a place of grace. I invite you to link posts about
  • DIY projects
  • decorating
  • recipes
  • hospitality
  • homemaking tips
  • parenting
  • marriage
  • faith
  • self-care
  • soul care
Whatever you do to make your home a place of grace, I'd like to hear about it.  Here's what I ask of you.  Please include the permalink to your post, not your blog's home page.  Please let people know that you've linked up.  No more than three posts per person, please.  Note that if you link a post here, you are giving me permission to share your post, including a photo.  And visit at least one of the other party participants--that's what really makes it a party!

  1. Richella,
Thanks so much for hosting!! I hope you do not mind that i linked up a 4th pot which is actually from my Christmas Blog, celebrating Christmas in July!
Have a great week, my friend!!

  2. Richella,
I do believe that one should "come apart and rest awhile".
"Mr. Ed" and I use our Annual Trout Fishing Trip for just that purpose.
More than a vacation, it is a couple's retreat for us!
Thank you for hosting Grace At Home! each week!

  3. Great features Richella...have a great weekend!!!

  4. Thank you so much for the feature Richella! I hope you have a lovely weekend.
