Grace at Home No. 25

Welcome!  I'm so glad you're here for this week's Grace at Home party!

Last week's party included lots of wonderful links, and I thank everyone who participated.  Here are just a few of my favorites.

Shelly from Life on the Wild Side wrote a letter to her daughters about pressure.  I wish someone had shared this wisdom with me when I was a young woman.  Shucks, I'm glad for someone to share it with me now!

Kristin from Vignettes shared some really valuable tips on preparing for the weekend.  Around here we always have big hopes for our weekends, but our weekends often turn out to be not as restful or as much fun as we'd hoped.  I need to follow Kristen's advice.

Melissa from Daisy Mae Belle shared a great idea--painting her daughter's closet door and using the door as a way to communicate fun messages.  Love this!

Alana at Domestic Bliss Diaries shared an interesting perspective on blessing your home. I like this idea.

Bless Your Home

I do love reading all the different ways y'all make your homes places of grace!  Now for this week's party.

Grace at Home is a place for you to share anything related to making your home a place of grace. I invite you to link posts about
  • DIY projects
  • decorating
  • recipes
  • hospitality
  • homemaking tips
  • parenting
  • marriage
  • faith
  • self-care
Whatever you do to make your home a place of grace, I'd like to hear about it.  Please link to your specific blog post, not your home page, and include a link in your post back to this party.  And please visit at least a couple of the other party participants--it's not a good party if people don't get to know one another!

  1. Thanks so much for featuring my "Ways to Bless Your Home" post. I came across the idea of "blessing your home" and I thought it sounded so much better than, "hey, I've got to clean my home...again!" LOL ;) And, truthfully, anything we do in our homes to the glory of God will be a blessing to all who enter. This is my prayer...

  2. It's my first time linking up! Thank you for hosting! Blessings, Tammy

  3. Thanks for the feature Richella! I have LOVED doing all the cooking/prep work for the weekend on Friday lately. Makes things sooo much easier on both the cook and the dishwasher - so we truly get a weekend to REST from being in the kitchen! :-)

  4. Richella, these are wonderful features! Thanks for being such a gracious hostess each week. I always look forward to your party!

  5. Richella, You made my day! Thanks so much for featuring Daisy's chalkboard door! She is at an age (13 years old) that I need to be filling her mind with positive messages. We all know that the world is going to do its best to fill her mind! Thanks for hosting this great party week after week! Life to the full, Melissa

  6. Thanks so much for hosting the party.

  7. What an inspiring link party. I just linked up and am your newest follower. Go glad to have found you.

  8. Thank you so much for linking to my post, Richella! Now that school has started, I'm having trouble keeping up, but another Letter to my Daughters will be posted soon. :)

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a comment! I read every one; they make my day. If you have a specific question, please be sure your email address is attached to your profile or leave your email address in the comment; I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Every blessing!
