Here's to a clean and organized new beginning!http://decoratedchaos.blogspot.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10875811819914386158noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6758915940467026052.post-84193708631975685952016-04-21T12:41:55.266-04:002016-04-21T12:41:55.266-04:00I went through the same thing as I retired, my two...I went through the same thing as I retired, my two kids moved out, and my step dad died all about the same time. I had a long last year of teaching taking care of my parents through the cancer ordeal, planned my daughter's wedding, and then had 31 years worth of teaching supplies to go through. I unfortunately brought most of that home. I was so overwhelmed at the end of that school year. I could have used that dumpster. It took almost a solid year of decluttering. I read things, I organized clutter and then would finally get rid of more. It was a process, but I finally plowed through it all and feel better on the other side for it. I have spent the second year retired enjoying less. I am very slow to buy something new, because I know I still have plenty that I could let go of. You have had a busy last couple of years too. It can wear us out physically, but mentally too!!! Purge---you will feel better on the other side.Sandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10185422453541735778noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6758915940467026052.post-77863561037389999452016-04-21T09:56:21.843-04:002016-04-21T09:56:21.843-04:00Richella, I needed to read this today! My husband is a keeper, but I like to load things up and get them out of here! But I always wonder if I should or shouldn't keep something, too.
Anyway, I think it was a stroke of genious to rent that!
Kathy Olsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11668699397851882212noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6758915940467026052.post-46822923768683531852016-04-20T17:05:47.541-04:002016-04-20T17:05:47.541-04:00Good for you! I think I could have filled that dumpster twice - but it takes a while to reach the point you were at - maybe some day I will :-)Patti @ Pandoras Boxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07168379052525278502noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6758915940467026052.post-83250321550080131962016-04-20T14:47:44.099-04:002016-04-20T14:47:44.099-04:00Congratulations on your accomplishment! He always does. Job well done, Richella!Debbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18440751066438510282noreply@blogger.com
