Grace at Home No. 183

Welcome!  It's time for the weekly Grace at Home party, and I'm so glad you're here.

Wow!  What a whirlwind it's been!  This will be the last Grace at Home party for the year, since the next few weeks we'll all be occupied with Christmas preparations.

Here are some posts from last week's party that caught my eye:

Lori at Dining Delight designed a beautiful scene on the sideboard in her dining room:

Angela from Simply Beautiful by Angela created these darling Advent calendars for her children using gifts from the dollar store.  Imagine how much fun those kids are having with this!

Sharon from Sharon Sharing God posted a wonderful conversation between her beagle, Marty, and God.  You'll love this!

As for me, I've been very busy this week with family matters and with my own Christmas decorating. . . and a particularly sweet Christmas memory came to my mind.  I hope you'll read about it!

Those are just a few of my favorites.  A big thank you to everyone who joined last week's party!  I'm so grateful for each person who links up each week. If you've been featured, feel free to grab the "I was featured" button (the code is right over in my sidebar).  I'd be so proud if you displayed it!

Now for this week's party!  Grace at Home is a place for you to share anything related to making your home a place of grace. I invite you to link posts about
  • DIY projects
  • decorating
  • recipes
  • hospitality
  • homemaking tips
  • parenting
  • marriage
  • faith
  • self-care
  • soul care
Whatever you do to make your home a place of grace, I'd like to hear about it.  Here's what I ask of you.  Please include the permalink to your post, not your blog's home page.  Please let people know that you've linked up.  No more than three posts per person, please.  And visit at least one of the other party participants--that's what really makes it a party!

Well, Richella, fellow beagle-lover, Marty and I both thank you so much for featuring our post this week! We're both wagging our tails! Sometimes it helps me a lot to look at the world through the eyes of my wonderful granddog. He is just full of love and joy - and that's how we should all be!!

Thanks, too, for always faithfully hosting this wonderful community. I'm honored to be part of it.

GOD BLESS!

Thank you for the party, Richella. I just read your magnolia post and I am honestly a little teary eyed. Nobody really gets it like your mom, huh? I am sure you miss her, but what a sweet memory to hold on to. Thank you for sharing it, makes me think of my own mom...
