Hello, friends! Welcome to the first Grace at Home party of December!
It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving is now a week in the past, and we're hurtling through this Advent season in high speed. Now more than ever, it's good for me to celebrate the ways we make our homes places of grace.
Here are a few entries from the last party that caught my eye.
Traci at Fishtail Cottage put together the most beautiful centerpiece from rustic elements. Isn't this gorgeous?
Leslie from Paper Daisy Designs shared her technique for preserving boxwood. I want to try this!
Nici at Posed Perfection created a very special keepsake ornament for newlyweds. This is brilliant!
Melissa at Joy in Every Season decided to "break the rules" about Christmas traditions. Sounds like it's going to be a fun Christmas season at her house!
If you're like me, you need to do some cleaning along with decorating this month. Check out this wonderful tip for cleaning brass from Pat at Life at Lydia's House.
If you're planning a holiday party, you'll appreciate this series from Patti at A Plate at My Table.
Thank you to everyone who joined the party! I'm so grateful for each person who links up each week. If you've been featured this week (or in a previous week), feel free to grab the "I was featured" button (the code is right over in my sidebar). I'd be so proud if you displayed it!
Now for this week's party! Grace at Home is a place for you to share anything related to making your home a place of grace. I invite you to link posts about
- DIY projects
- homemaking tips
- soul care
Whatever you do to make your home a place of grace, I'd like to hear about it. Here's what I ask of you. Please include the permalink to your post, not your blog's home page. Please let people know that you've linked up. No more than three posts per person, please. And visit at least one of the other party participants--that's what really makes it a party!
