Less than two weeks until Christmas! Amid all the flurry of preparations, I hope you're still able to allow your home to be a place of grace--for your family, your friends, and yourself.
First things first. I want to remind you of the very special Home for the Holy Days party which will take place here on Monday, December 17. I know there are lots of holiday link parties, and they're all such fun. This one centers around the ways you observe the holidays as "holy days" (which is, after all, where the word "holidays" comes from!). I'd love to know about your special traditions, decorations, practices--anything you do to keep the holidays sacred and special. Please help me spread the word about the party!
And now on to our Grace at Home party. Last week's party included some lovely links. Here are just a few of my favorites.
Y'all know how much I love a front porch, and just look at how Melissa at Daisy Mae Belle has decorated hers for the season! Gorgeous.
Here's another outdoor scene that really tickles me. Tonya at Love of Family and Home made that JOY sign, and she includes a tutorial for making your own.
And one more outdoor space to charm you, this time from Sue at Ordinary Miracles. Her outdoor room is the stuff of dreams!
And now for the inside of your home--
Marla and Steve at Always Nesting created a soothing, restful space for guests but also made it festive. Don't you want to visit them?
Christmas is a fun time for adding glitz to your decor, like this lovely vignette created by Liz from Savvy Seasons. Go watch her video for details--and to hear her sweet voice!
If all the decorating has you feeling like an overworked mom with kids who constantly get in the way and make things difficult, read this post by Becky Kopitzke. Surviving December: Notes from a Type A Mom. Go on, read it. You'll be so glad you did!
Thanks so much to everyone who joined the party! I'm grateful for each of you. If you've been featured this week (or in a previous week), feel free to grab the "I was featured" button.

Whatever you do to make your home a place of grace, I'd like to hear about it.
Please link to your specific blog post, not your home page, and include a link in your post back to this party. And please visit some of the other links and leave some words of encouragement!
