Grace at Home No. 22

It's been one of those weeks at my house.

One of those deep-sigh-oh-boy-how-can-I-be-such-a-dud weeks.

And here it is Thursday already, time for this week's Grace at Home party, yet I don't feel very gracious.  Or graceful.

But I AM grateful, for despite the frustrations and seeming failures of the week, I know there's so much to be thankful for.  So today I'll just be thankful for the grace of God.  After all, if it weren't for God's grace, I wouldn't even be here!  I wouldn't be able to have a frustrating week, let alone a productive week!  Only through God's grace do we "live and move and have our being" (Acts 17:28).

So today I'll just celebrate with you the ways you make YOUR home a place of grace.  Whatever you do to make your home a place of grace, I'd like to hear about it.  Please link to your specific blog post, not your home page, and include a link in your post back to this party.  And if you could please help me spread the word about this party, I'd really appreciate it!

God bless you!  And now

You have those weeks, too, Richella? Somehow I find comfort in knowing I'm not alone. Grace, grace, grace - I love your honesty and focus. Thank you for being real! His mercies are new every morning!

Oh yes, we all run into those weeks and only by the Grace of God, (as you perfectly put it) we get by and go thru with it. I'm always thankful to our Lord for everything as he always manages to get us out of the uncortable, or difficult situations we are in sometimes, because "life is good, but not a bed of roses," either. Thank you sweetheart for sharing your thoughts this morning and I'm glad you found confort in Him.
Thank you for been a gracious hostess too, dear Richella. Have a blessed weekend.

I don't have a link for this week and that's ok, because like you, sometimes all I can do is realize my cup this morning is full of new grace and mercy. This is seriously what keeps me going.

I live those weeks daily, dear Richella. Take heart in Psalm 91 and Jeremiah 29:11.

Hugs,
