Thank you for visiting today and for your kind words. I was reading your profile and the information about you and I am pleased to meet you. Looking forward to following your posts.
Good for them! I didn't allow shoes in my home starting years ago (for my family...it's kinda hard to impose my own OCD rules on others), but now I see more and more people removing shoes and showing that respect in others' homes. I think it's really neat!
I just ADORE this picture. You know, I keep meaning to take a picture of my sons friends sneakers just like that because they come over every day after school and the entry way looks like that. I relish it :) Such special days! LOVE this post. What a pretty blog and place. I can tell there is much love here. I am a sucker for love!
Child of God, apprentice to Jesus, wife of a great guy, and mom of three wonderful sons, I'm a blessed and profoundly grateful woman. I'm also a writer and speaker, and I serve on the Ministry Team and Board of Directors of Renovare', a ministry dedicated to Christian spiritual formation.
I love blogs for the glimpses they provide into people's lives, so my blog gives you a glimpse into my life--my home, my family, my faith. My prayer is that this blog might impart some grace to you.

How polite of them! :) Shoes at the door are a given at my house. And yet I still have to sweep. Why is that?
My house would look like too.
A really sweet shot for more than one reason! Hope the party was a Blast!
That looks like my house...without the party:)
